Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking.

Welcome to Safal Yatra Wala. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all travel packages, treks, tours, and related services offered by us.

Booking & Payment

Advance Payment

A non-refundable advance payment (typically 25%–50%) is required to confirm your booking.

Full Payment

The remaining balance must be paid 15–30 days before the start of the journey or trek.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via online bank transfer, UPI, and credit/debit cards.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

  • More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

No Refunds

No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.

Health & Fitness Requirements

Medical Disclosure

Participants must disclose any medical conditions including pregnancy, disabilities, or chronic illnesses at the time of booking.

Fitness Level

A moderate level of fitness is required. Failure to meet fitness requirements may result in removal from the trip without any refund.

Communication

Official Correspondence

All communication will be conducted via the email ID or WhatsApp number provided during booking.

Responsibility

Participants are responsible for checking all communications. Safal Yatra Wala will not be liable for missed information due to incorrect contact details.

Code of Conduct

Behavioral Expectations

Participants must behave responsibly and should not cause inconvenience or distress to fellow travelers or staff.

Consequences

Any violation may result in immediate removal from the tour at the participant’s expense with no refund.

Baggage & Personal Belongings

Luggage Limits

Personal luggage is usually limited to 10–12 kg, depending on the package.

Valuables

Participants are advised not to carry valuables. Safal Yatra Wala is not responsible for loss or theft.

Insurance & Emergency Evacuation

Insurance

We do not provide travel or medical insurance. Participants must arrange their own insurance.

Evacuation Costs

Any emergency evacuation expenses will be borne entirely by the participant.

Additional Notes

Permit Requirements

Participants must carry valid identification and any required permits.

Environmental Responsibility

Travelers must follow eco-friendly practices, avoid littering, and respect local culture and traditions.
