1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- To request a cancellation and potential refund, please contact us in writing (email preferred) or call our customer support team.
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation relative to the travel date and supplier terms.
2. Cancellation Charges
- Most cancellations are subject to cancellation charges including supplier penalties and service fees.
- Charges increase closer to the departure date.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Visa application fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Booking deposits
- Non-refundable promotional packages
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment mode within 7–14 working days after supplier clearance.
- No refunds for unused services or no-shows.
5. Amendments
- Amendments may attract additional charges as per supplier policy.
6. Force Majeure
- Events beyond control will follow supplier refund rules.
- Safal Yatra Wala will assist wherever possible.
